After European regulators blocked United Parcel Service's $6.9 billion takeover offer for TNT Express, the Dutch shipping company said on Monday that it was looking to sell its businesses in Brazil and China. TNT Express, which received $267 million in break-up fees from the failed bid by U.P.S., added that it had reported a net loss of $197 million in the fourth quarter of last year. Read more »
